Can I book individual events

Currently, only events packages are available however individual events ticket will be able available closer to the event time

Can I pay in full for a package

Yes! This option will be available on the ticketing page

Do packages come with travel and accommodation

Unfortunately we are only offering 'Events Only' and 'Events+ Accommodation ' packages for 2025. We will be regularly updating you with the cheapest travel options and our recommended hotels. Follow us on instagram @afrobeat_island

Do i need to be over 18 to attend

Yes! All our events are strictly over 18 and ID will be needed to gain access to our events

What area should I book my hotel

IF YOU ARE BOOKING YOUR OWN ACCOMMODATION, PLEASE DO SO IN PLAYA DEL INGLES SO YOU’RE NOT TOO FAR FROM THE EVENTS

When does the first event take place

Wristband Collection/Meet & Greet will be available from 4-7pm Thursday 16th May. First official party from 10pm -Thursday 16th May.

How many events are included in the package

The events wristband includes 3 night events and 3 daytime events.

What board is the hotel/room?

Bed and breakfast

Can me and my friend share a room

Yes. Both of you will need to purchase a 'Hotel and Events Package'. A room allocation form will be sent out after the balance payment deadline, where you will be able to select who you would like to share a room with

Will I be sharing a room with a stranger

Hotel packages are based on 2/3 people sharing, so if you have purchased a hotel & events package and are attending the event alone, we will allocate you with another solo attendee of the same gender. If you do not want to share with another attendee you will have to purchase a single occupancy room.

What happens if i can't make the meet and greet

If you cannot attend the meet and greet, you'll be able to pick up your wristband and goody bag at the door when you arrive at the 1st evening event.

What happens after I pay my deposit

You’ll receive a confirmation and further information on how to complete the balance. There is a payment structure in place to make paying the balance easy and manageable.

When do i need to complete payment

The balance will needs to be cleared in full by 25th March 2025, with a minimum of 50% paid by Feb1st

Can I get a refund if i can no longer attend

All payments are non refundable
